Pierre Seccareccia has extensive experience in financial consulting and management. As a partner at the Coopers & Lybrand accounting firm from 1976 to 1998, he served as managing partner of the Montreal South Shore office from 1987 to 1989, managing partner of the Montreal central office from 1992 to 1996, and managing partner of the firm’s offices in Quebec from 1996 to 1998. After Coopers & Lybrand merged with Price Waterhouse in 1998, he served as the managing partner of the PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP office in Montreal from 1998 to 2001.

Since 2003 he has acted as full-time director for various public and private entities. Mr. Seccareccia is currently the director of Boralex Inc., Groupe WSP Global Inc., Ovivo Inc., New Millenium IronCorp. and Ivanhoé Cambridge Inc.

He is a Fellow of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec) and a Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (Canada) and the National Association of Corporate Directors (USA). Mr. Seccareccia is a graduate of HEC Montreal (1969).
