Louis-Martin Richer has been the Chief Risk and Ethics Officer at Groupe WSP Global Inc. since March 2013.

 

Prior to this he served as Corporate Secretary (2006-2008), Chief Legal Officer (2006-2008), and Chief Risk Officer (2011-2013).Mr. Richer is the ex-officio chairman of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Quebec legal committee and a member of the contract management committee of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies-Canada.

 

He graduated from the University of Montreal with a law degree and a Bachelor of Science. He is also a member of the Quebec Bar.
