Stéphane Bilodeau has gained over 20 years of management experience working with financial institutions and consulting firms. Mr. Bilodeau managed the overall operations of the National Bank of Canada from 2010 to 2015, acting as Executive Vice-President, Operations and Member of The Office of the President.

Before joining the National Bank of Canada, Mr. Bilodeau held various senior management positions in major organizations, notably serving as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the Montreal Exchange and Executive Vice-President of DMR Consulting, a subsidiary of Fujitsu.

Mr. Bilodeau has a management degree from Harvard Business School, an MBA from HEC Montréal, and a degree in business informatics from UQAM
